By accessing The Grid facilities using your unique access code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and guidelines contained within this Agreement.
The Grid reserves the right to update this Member Agreement at any time. Updates can be expected via email to the email address on file. The Grid membership, or day pass, and this Agreement create a prepaid license to use the provided amenities on a monthly or casual basis and do not create a tenancy or leasehold interest.
The WIFI and restroom information is on the wall inside the space (to the right when you walk in, on the coat rack shelf).
Services
The Grid will provide access to the premises (based on plan), internet access, event space (full memberships only), knowledge resources, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are subject to availability and to this Member Agreement.
Security & Access
Exterior doors must remain securely closed and latched at all times, including when leaving briefly. This helps with security and drafts in winter. To lock the door behind you, toggle the button on the inside door lock to red and close the door tightly.
Door access is private and assigned to each member. Sharing access codes is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership and future use.
Code entries are tracked remotely.
A $100 fee, or the cost of damages/loss (whichever is higher), will be charged for doors left unlocked or propped open after use.
Restroom Use
Restroom code is listed on the sign above the coat rack.
The restroom can be accessed through the door behind the vending machine (to the left of the vending machine if you are looking at the Mancos Commons)
Please close the community door tightly behind you, as it may blow open in the wind.
Be mindful of others in the shared space. Members and day pass guests may only use the Common Press restroom unless they are also Press members; other facilities are not included.
Space Guidelines
Boots
In winter months, please scrub boots before entering. You are welcome to remove boots at the door.
Open Seating
All seating is first-come, first-served. Please remove belongings at the end of the day. The standing desk with an external monitor may be reserved in advance.
Meetings
Virtual meetings are welcome. Please be mindful of volume and use headphones.
Quiet Enjoyment
All members and guests have the right to quiet enjoyment. Harassment, abuse, threats, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This is a shared open office; conversations may be overheard. Members must take good care of the space and may not alter or install furniture, equipment, cabling, or IT/telecom connections without prior consent.
Scents
Please avoid strong scents.
Pets
No pets are allowed inside at any time.
Kitchen & Beverages
The community fridge and microwave are available for use if you are a monthly member.
Complimentary La Croix and coconut water for members and day passes.
Personal items left in the fridge after your stay may be discarded at the end of the day.
Printing
To connect to the printer:
Go to Settings on your computer and choose Add Printer.
Select EPSON ET-8550 Series.
Always print from the Main Tray and use double-sided printing when possible.
Issues? Make sure the printer is on (button on the left). If it is on but still not connecting or says it’s offline, press the button on the left and use the touchscreen to turn off the printer. Wait 5 seconds and press the left button again. The printer should now be visible.
Contact Silvi for larger print jobs.

Flex members receive 1 guest pass per month.
Day passes can not have guests.
Guest passes do not roll over.
Members are fully responsible for their guests’ behavior, damages, theft, or injury, and for ensuring guests follow all space guidelines.

Day passes are paid before use via a secure payment link.
Damages / Neglect

Liability Waiver
Members waive and hold harmless The Grid and its members, officers, directors, shareholders, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses to person or property, including those arising from negligence or gross negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Tenancy / No Residency
The Grid provides coworking services on an “as is” basis and not as a lease of real property. No landlord–tenant relationship is created. The Grid is a commercial facility and may not be used as a personal residence.
Non-Disclosure
Members may become aware of confidential or proprietary information belonging to The Grid or other members. Such information must not be disclosed.
Cancellation / Termination
The Grid may terminate Services immediately and without notice for non-payment or rule violations. Members may cancel with written notice at least 30 days before the next automatic renewal. Failure to provide timely notice will result in charges through the following calendar month.
Abandoned Property
Personal property left after the end of the membership term will be considered abandoned and may be moved, stored, or disposed of at the Member’s expense.
Town Infrastructure
While our internet is generally super fast, we rely on the town’s infrastructure and local utility outages may occasionally affect our service. While these events are rare, they can happen.
